Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-plant leadership: Drive OEE, yield, scrap, energy/kg, and OTIF; run weekly Gemba and cross-plant playbooks.
SOP & planning: Balance demand/supply, load capacities, manage constraints, and cut changeover losses (SMED mindset).
Procurement & vendors: Should-costing, resin/masterbatch/spares contracts, supplier scorecards, alternate sourcing.
Dispatch & logistics: OTIF = target, route optimization, freight cost/ton reduction, statutory compliance.
Financial control: Build AOP, standard costing, variance analysis, SKU-level profitability, working-capital discipline.
Systems & processes: Roll out ERP/MES/Tally integrations, barcoding & batch traceability, SOPs, ISO/5S/Lean/Six Sigma.
