Role Overview

We seek an experienced Plant Manager to lead production, maintenance, quality assurance, and overall plant operations. This role requires a results-driven leader who can optimize manufacturing processes, uphold quality standards, ensure safety compliance, and drive operational excellence. The Plant Manager will serve as the operational link between plant teams and senior leadership, ensuring company objectives are met on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• 12 - 15 years of leadership experience in FMCG plant operations.
• Engineering graduate from a reputable university; MBA preferred.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing, resource optimization, team leadership, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills.
• Financial management capability and negotiation skills.
• IT proficiency: SAP/Navision ERP and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in hair colour segment local & international operations.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and application experience.
