Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head located in Gurugram. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, managing production planning, ensuring quality control, and handling budgeting. The role involves leading the production management team, optimizing processes, and ensuring that all production goals are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Skills in Production Planning and Budgeting
• Strong Quality Control skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, especially with aluminium formwork, is a plus
