Plant Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complete plant operations with a workforce of 200+ employees.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of man, machine, and materials to achieve production targets.
• Oversee CNC, CAM, and conventional machining operations and ensure process discipline.
• Implement and monitor SAP/ERP systems for production, planning, and reporting.
• Drive procurement planning, vendor management, and effective cost control.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health, and safety regulations.
• Implement strong QA/QC processes aligned with ISO & TQM standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, digitisation, and automation.
• Lead and mentor departmental heads, ensuring team retention, motivation, and succession planning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 12-18 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering industry, preferably in blister packaging machinery.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, assembly methods and project execution.
• Hands-on experience in SAP/ERP implementation and monitoring.
• In-depth understanding of labour laws, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Proven track record of improving productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
