Plant Engineer (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Engineer to manage and maintain all critical machinery in our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sewing machines, cutting machines, molding equipment, air compressors, DG sets, and other production equipment. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for all plant equipment including:
• Sewing machines
• Cutting machines (manual & automatic)
• Molding machines
• Air compressors
• Diesel Generator (DG) sets
• All related utilities and production support equipment
• Carry out routine inspections to ensure maximum machine uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues quickly and efficiently.
• Lead breakdown maintenance with minimal production impact.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the production team for continuous operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with garment manufacturing or industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of DG operations, compressor maintenance, and utility management.
• Ability to diagnose and solve machine issues independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in garment/footwear/production plants preferred.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
