Job Responsibilities

• Project Planning
• Prepare, update, and maintain the Master Project Schedule using MS Project (MSP) — proficiency is mandatory.
• Monitor and report project progress against baseline schedules.
• Conduct weekly tracking to identify potential slippages and critical activities.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including drawings, transmittals, DBRs, MOMs, and approvals.
• Organize and facilitate review and coordination meetings.
• Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients.
• Quantity Surveying & Billing
• Conduct periodic valuation of completed works and certify vendor bills.
• Track and report cost variations and monitor material price trends.
• Analyze cost performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
  

Other Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing with hands-on experience in Project Planning.
• Proficiency in MS Project (MSP) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in residential and high-end villa projects is preferred.
