About The Company

A reputed engineering and construction management organization involved in large-scale residential and villa development projects across India. The company focuses on delivering high-quality construction through efficient project planning, cost control, and timely execution.

Project Details

Residential development project comprising 110 triplex villas with a total built-up area of approximately 3.35 lakh sq. ft.

Job Responsibilities

Planning

  • Prepare and maintain the master project schedule.
  • Update the project team on progress versus timelines.
  • Conduct weekly tracking of schedules and identify potential slippages.
  • Prepare recovery plans to mitigate delays.

Document Control

  • Maintain all site-related documentation including drawings, transmittals, DBRs, MOMs, and approvals.
  • Organize and conduct review meetings.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly progress reports.

Quantity Surveying & Billing

  • Conduct periodic valuation of completed works and certify vendor bills.
  • Track cost variations in order values and monitor material prices.
  • Report cost performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) methods.

Other Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in Quantity Surveying and Billing, with exposure to Project Planning.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in residential and high-end villa projects preferred.
