Roles & Responsibilities

• Study and understand the project scope, contract documents, correspondence, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare

  Master Construction Programme (MCP)

  in line with the contract agreement, milestones, and scope.
• Plan resources and estimate costs for

  Labour, Material, Plant, Equipment, and Overheads (LMPO)

  .
• Prepare and monitor the

  Accepted Cost Estimate (ACE)

  / Zero Cost Budget.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for correspondence, client communications, and approvals.
• Initiate actions on

  Extension of Time (EOT)

  , price escalation, and extra claims.
• Prepare

  Sub-contractor Work Orders

  with rate analysis and verify

  Client Bills

  .
• Ensure accurate

  resource allocation

  and monitor daily productivity for labour, material, and machinery.
• Prepare

  monthly reconciliation statements

  for labour and material usage.
• Review and monitor

  Billing Engineer’s work

  and verify subcontractor bills.
• Maintain and update project cost control reports, Job Cost Reports (JCR), and Job Cost Ledgers (JCL).
• Track project progress using

  MS Project (MSP)

  on a weekly basis.
• Handle procurement tracking, rate analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and promote best practices for planning and execution.
• Prepare and submit project evaluation, completion, and performance reports at handover.

Key Result Areas

• Ensure

  90% of projects

  meet defined cost, time, and quality targets.
• Maintain

  98% alignment

  between planned and actual resource usage.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors for timely procurement and execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including hindrance registers and client meeting records.
