10+ years in Engineering & Construction industry
Projects:
Industrial projects, warehouses, data centers, logistics parks
Work Environment:
Head Office experience; handled multiple projects independently
Skills:
Strategic planning

Project planning, Project timeline, scheduling, monitoring project progress, costing, project tracking. budgeting, Resource management, Cost control, cash flow, project control, MIS. Primavera P6 / MS Project, Financial progress, project milestone, coordination with execution, procurement and Billing, generate progress report analysis,inputs in planning insights, should process excellent coordination ,strong leadership skills, risk management, good presentation skills, Lead and mentor a team of planning
Must have experience in handling projects like
industrial building, warehouse projects, data center projects, and logistics park projects
.
Qualification: BE.Civil (Mandatory)/ ME.Civil (Preferred)
