Job Summary Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will oversee compliance of all HSE aspects for Residential/ Commercial projects (Group Housing/ High rise/ Commercial/ Plotted developments, etc.) Role & responsibilities Prepare and review site safety plan and risk assessment. Conduct safety inspection of work method, machinery, tools, tackles, construction power generation and distribution system etc. Conduct safety campaign and competition. Prepare and maintain safety statistics, reports etc. Impart safety training to employees. Ensure readiness of first aid and basic firefighting. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, or bachelors degree in physics/chemistry/Maths, or related discipline. ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) or PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) from State Board of Technical Education recognized under State Factories Rules / BOCW Central Rules or Diploma in Construction Safety Management from NICMAR would be preferred. In depth knowledge of construction safety with minimum 10 - 15 years post qualification experience in High-rise Building Construction projects.

Role & responsibilities : Develop and manage project schedules using MS Projects. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Identify and mitigate project risks. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in project planning, specifically in high-rise residential projects. Proficiency in MS Projects is mandatory. NICMAR certification is an advantage. Experience with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Financial & Risk Management Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing preventive and corrective strategies. Establish financial controls to maintain project sustainability and profitability. Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, and project managers to drive seamless execution. Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services. Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging innovation and operational excellence. Qualifications & Experience: BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred). 15-18 years in industrial infrastructure development, large-scale construction, or real estate projects. Proven expertise in project planning, execution, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder management. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing multi-functional teams.

Role : Head EHS Location : Channai, Tamil-Nadu Degree in (Electrical/ Mechanical/Civil) with DIS/ADIS/PDIS / NICMAR/NEBOSH/IOSH from RLI (Regional Labor Institute) or CLI (Central Labor Institute) Lead auditor certification for ISO 45001 / ISO 14001.
