About the Role

Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using

  Primavera P6

  or

  MS Project

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment planning with project teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Support project cost and time control through

  Earned Value Management (EVM)

  techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on milestones and deliverables

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in

  Primavera P6

  and/or

  MS Project

• Experience in EPC

  ,

  infrastructure

  , or

  commercial construction

  projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of

  EVM

  principles (PMP or PMI-SP certification is an advantage)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering

  field

• 3–8 years

  of experience in project planning or scheduling
