Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare project schedules using Primavera, MSP, and MS Project software.
Develop detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress against scheduled milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates on project status reports to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field (construction planning, industrial projects).
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Strong understanding of schedule preparation, scheduling techniques, and project tracking methodologies.
