Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for project planning, scheduling, tracking progress, reporting, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update project schedules (Primavera / MSP); track weekly progress and flag delays.
Monitor labour, material planning, and site progress vs baseline schedule.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, and dashboard updates.
Support cash flow, project cost tracking, and Earned Value analysis (Plan vs Actual).
Coordinate with Sales/CRM for milestone and billing updates.
Manage RFIs, drawing logs, GFC release tracking, and consultant coordination.
Support delay analysis, maintain delay logs, and track mitigation actions.
Participate in progress reviews and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams.
Track procurement plans and vendor/contractor deliverables.

Skills & Requirements

B.E / B. Tech (Civil)
3-7 years experience in construction planning for residential & commercial
Skilled in Primavera P6 / MS Project, Excel, MIS reporting
Understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and site execution
Strong coordination & analytical ability
PMP/Project Management certification preferred
