Job Description

Role Overview: You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Financial Analysis. As an Associate in the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will manage annual and ongoing financial planning activities for product areas. Your responsibilities will include providing business rationale and decisions for month-end financial performance and forecasting, conducting reviews and analyses on product financial performance, assisting in budgeting, billing, and trend analysis, and focusing on efficiency reporting, analytics, and strategy. Furthermore, you will be involved in creating financial business cases, developing and tracking performance metrics, and designing new reports and dashboards to deliver financial results efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage annual and ongoing financial planning activities for product areas, providing business rationale and decisions for month-end financial performance and forecasting. - Conduct reviews and analyses of product financial performance, including consumption and demand planning, budgeting, billing, trends, and exception reports. - Report on efficiency, analytics, and strategy, including location strategy, span of control, and related reporting. - Create financial business cases to support business initiatives. - Develop and track performance metrics, create presentations, and provide financial analysis on various topics to senior management. - Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and present commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts and budgets. - Design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver financial results to senior management. - Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a subject of a technical nature. - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - Proficiency with data mining/gathering and manipulation of data sets. - Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, and capable of challenging peers. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly. - Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management. - Proven track record for executing special projects/assignments, often with little lead time or information. - Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines. - Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams. - Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.,
