Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities, building strong industry connections, and ensuring successful student/employment placements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full placement process for students/candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR managers, and industry partners for recruitment opportunities.
• Identify suitable job openings and match candidate profiles accordingly.
• Organize campus drives, job fairs, interviews, and placement-related events.
• Guide candidates with resume preparation, interview skills, and career counselling.
• Maintain and update placement records, databases, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal academic/department teams to understand candidate skills and requirements.
• Communicate placement updates and requirements to candidates in a timely manner.
• Ensure smooth coordination between students and recruiters during the selection process.
• Achieve placement targets as per organizational goals.
