About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Placement Officer who has a proven track record in managing both technical and non-technical placements. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry connections and be capable of coordinating end-to-end placement activities for students across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, MNCs, and non-technical organizations for campus recruitment drives.
• Identify and onboard new hiring partners to increase placement opportunities.
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, internships, and recruitment events.
• Coordinate with students, provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation.
• Maintain placement records and submit regular reports to the management.

Requirements

• Extensiveyears of experience as a Placement Officer / Corporate Relations / HR / Training & Placement role.
• Strong networking skills and established connections with recruiters in both technical and non-technical sectors.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage placement targets efficiently.

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
Joining: Immediate
