Roles & Responsibilities

 Drive Placement Initiatives: Plan, coordinate, and execute quarterly Job Drives and

Job Fairs, ensuring engagement of 300+ candidates in each quarter.

 Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong industry connections through social

media, HR conclaves, corporate visits, and professional networking platforms to

expand placement opportunities.

 Program Development: Gather market insights and provide strategic

recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the program for student

success.

 Student Engagement: Foster positive relationships with students by offering

guidance, mentorship, and empathetic support to prepare them for career

• opportunities.
