Placement Officer

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, HR managers, and recruiters to secure placement opportunities.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career guidance sessions.
• Conduct pre-placement training including resume writing, interview preparation, soft skills, and group discussions.
• Track student career interests, maintain placement records, and monitor employment outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
• Maintain an updated database of employers and job opportunities.
• Prepare and circulate placement brochures, profiles, and promotional material.
• Ensure timely communication between recruiters and students throughout the placement process.
• Provide career counseling and guidance to students for both internships and full-time roles.
• Monitor industry trends to identify emerging career opportunities.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, HR, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition (preferred).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to mentor and motivate students.
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
