Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer with a strong background in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should possess a solid network of corporate clients, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in securing placement opportunities for students. This role requires travel for client visits and strong relationship management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and industry clients.
• Coordinate with companies to identify placement opportunities for students.
• Organize and conduct campus drives, interviews, and placement-related activities.
• Visit client offices and corporate campuses to pitch student profiles.
• Act as the bridge between students and companies to ensure smooth placement execution.
• Track and report placement performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the training and academic teams to align student readiness with industry demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in the EdTech industry in a placement or corporate relations role.
• Strong existing client connections in the IT, Tech, and non-tech industries.
• Willingness and ability to travel and meet clients in person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) drafting or execution is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
