Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer, located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, communicating with students and potential employers, providing career counseling, and facilitating training sessions. The role involves developing relationships with educational institutions and employers to create placement opportunities for students, and ensuring students are adequately prepared for job interviews and placements.

Qualifications

Experience in Campus Placement coordination
Strong Communication skills
Skills in Career Counseling and Training
Background in Education or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and solution-oriented approach
Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus
