Placement Officer

As a Placement Coordinator at Coding Junior, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with HRs, CTOs, and hiring managers across tech and analytics companies. You will partner with MNCs, startups, and unicorns to create hiring pipelines for Coding Pro graduates. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing a robust placement calendar, which includes pre-placement talks, coding tests, interviews, and assessments. It is crucial to track industry trends and job market needs to align student skillsets accordingly. In addition, you will collaborate with faculty and the Training & Development team to prepare students for interviews, resume writing, and soft skills. This will involve conducting mock interviews, aptitude tests, and technical evaluations. Maintaining placement records, employer feedback, and hiring metrics will be part of your daily tasks. Sharing placement statistics and reports with university leadership and partners is also essential. Furthermore, you will represent Coding Pro and JG University at placement summits, career fairs, and HR conclaves. Your support will be required to assist the marketing team in showcasing student success stories and placement outcomes.
