About the Role:

At Chatura IT Learnings LLP, we’re on a mission to transform students into high-performing professionals. We’re seeking a driven, people-smart Placement Officer who can bridge the gap between our trained students and top-notch IT companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with company HRs to schedule interviews, drives, and placement activities

• Maintain and update student placement records and dashboards

• Work closely with college TPOs under our Corporate Connect initiative

• Handle student queries regarding placement and readiness

• Organize mock interviews, resume screenings, and orientation sessions

• Ensure timely feedback and closure for all placement activities

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in placements/recruitment (EdTech, IT Training, or TPO experience is a plus)

• must have MBA qualification

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Self-driven with a high sense of ownership

• Strong digital coordination skills (Google Sheets, Zoom/Meet, CRM or ATS systems)

• Passion for student success

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹6 LPA

• Performance Incentive: Based on placement numbers and satisfaction scores
