Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Engagement & Partnerships
• Build and nurture relationships with MNCs and top-tier companies to secure job and internship opportunities.
• Actively engage with HR professionals, hiring managers, and recruiters to promote BEAT students.
• Campus Placement Operations
• Organize campus recruitment drives, virtual/in-person job fairs, and corporate meet-ups.
• Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including scheduling interviews and offer follow-ups.
• Career Readiness & Training
• Guide students in CV/resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview techniques.
• Conduct mock interviews, aptitude tests, and pre-placement sessions.
• Reporting & Strategy
• Maintain accurate placement data and prepare reports for institutional review.
• Track placement metrics and suggest improvements in strategy and engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, HR, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in placements, recruitment, or career services.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong network within corporate HR, especially MNCs and IT/ITES sectors.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with a student-first mindset.
• Familiarity with placement portals, ERP systems, or CRM tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
