Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Manager located in Indore. The Placement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with recruiters and alumni, organizing placement drives, supporting students in their job search, conducting workshops and training sessions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure successful placement outcomes. The role also includes creating placement reports and analyzing placement statistics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in higher education or corporate placement is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
