Placement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Placement & Industry Relations

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with companies across various sectors.
• Identify and onboard new recruiters for campus placements and internships.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and pre-placement talks.
• Liaise with HR departments of organizations to understand hiring requirements and align student profiles accordingly.
• Maintain a database of recruiters and placement records.

2. Student Development & Training

• Organize employability enhancement programs, including resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills workshops.
• Collaborate with faculty and trainers to improve student readiness for placements.
• Counsel and mentor students regarding career choices and industry expectations.

3. Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement annual placement strategies and targets.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum schedules.
• Track placement statistics and prepare detailed placement reports for management review.

4. Alumni & Industry Engagement

• Engage alumni network for job opportunities, guest lectures, and mentoring sessions.
• Organize corporate events, seminars, and industry interactions to strengthen brand presence.

5. Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of placement drives, offers, and feedback.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure smooth logistical arrangements for campus drives and visiting recruiters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in HR, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 plus years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or training and development.
• Experience in an educational institution or university setup preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
