Placement Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment and placement activities for students across all programs. Your main goal will be to build strong corporate relationships, enhance placement quality, and create career opportunities aligned with the university's standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full placement process including internships, live projects, and final jobs. - Improve job profiles, salary levels, recruiter diversity, and industry reach. - Build and maintain a recruiter network, adding new companies annually. - Leverage alumni and professional contacts for placement opportunities. - Prepare placement brochures, student profiles, and recruiter kits. - Organize pre-placement talks, career workshops, and recruitment drives. - Collect employer feedback to guide student development and curriculum updates. - Track and report placement data and trends. - Travel to meet recruiters and represent the university at industry events.
