Placement Head

As a Business Plan Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to meet placement targets effectively. You will lead and mentor Placement Managers across multiple centers, driving performance and fostering a culture of adherence, professionalism, and quality in placement services. Your role will also involve engaging with employers and industry stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring partners. By identifying hiring trends and positioning yourself as a trusted talent provider, you will drive employer onboarding and enhance collaboration with industry leaders. In addition to employer engagement, you will be responsible for enhancing student relations and providing career support. This includes engaging with learners to offer career counseling, conducting mock interviews, skill assessments, and job prep sessions, as well as guiding students towards paid placements and high-quality job opportunities. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure operational excellence and performance tracking by ensuring timely closures of placements within defined turnaround times (TAT). By maintaining and analyzing placement statistics, you will drive strategic decisions and organize job fairs, industry events, and networking functions to expand hiring opportunities. Overall, your role will be crucial in driving the success of placement services, fostering strong relationships with both employers and students, and ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in performance tracking.,
