Placement Executive

As a Career Services/Placement Executive at edept, you will play a crucial role in fostering connections between students and career opportunities in data science, analytics, and management at our partner campus in Mira Road, Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Building, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and partner organizations to identify placement opportunities for students. - Collaborating with colleges, universities, and student organizations to promote placement opportunities and increase student participation. - Serving as the point of contact for partner institutions and students, fostering positive relations. - Identifying and establishing relationships with companies to create a robust network of potential employers. - Being responsible for internship and final placements of students. - Collaborating with recruiters to understand their recruitment needs and align them with student profiles. - Arranging interviews, coordinating feedback, and facilitating communication between students and recruiters. - Maintaining and updating records of placement activities, including student placements, employer feedback, and market trends. - Working closely with the academic and administrative teams to align placement activities with academic programs and student needs. - Identifying training needs and organizing training for students to enhance their employability. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in educational institutions, student services, or campus placement programs is preferred. - Background in student placement, career counseling, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition. - Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and leverage technology effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace. - Self-motivated, empathetic, and committed to supporting student career success.,
