Placement Executive

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator with a technical background to manage and support the placement activities of our students. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in placement coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Placement Activities & Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for students.
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with hiring partners.
• Maintain and update placement records and trackers.
• Ensure students are properly guided and prepared for interviews.

Industry Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and recruitment partners.
• Reach out to new companies for internship and job opportunities.
• Share relevant student profiles with hiring partners.

Student Support

• Conduct placement orientation sessions for students.
• Provide resume review, interview preparation, and soft skills guidance.
• Coordinate placement training sessions as required.

Reporting & Documentation

• Generate weekly and monthly placement reports.
• Maintain documentation of placement activities and employer feedback.

Required Skills:

• Technical educational background (Engineering / Computer Science / IT preferred).
• 6 months–1 year experience as a Placement Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and technical job roles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Emails, and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
