Job Role- Placement Executive

Experience* : 6 months – 1 year

*Qualification* : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields)

*About the Role*

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to support and enhance our student placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring partners—especially within technology domains such as AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and related emerging fields.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Placement Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end placement activities, including scheduling interviews, managing recruitment drives, and tracking student participation.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing campus placement programs, job fairs, and employer engagement events.
• Maintain accurate databases of student profiles, company requirements, and placement statistics.

2. Industry & Employer Engagement

• Connect with companies in AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Software Development, and other tech domains to explore placement opportunities.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with HR representatives and hiring managers.
• Share student portfolios and recommend suitable candidates based on employer needs.

3. Student Support & Training

• Guide students on resume preparation, interview readiness, and career pathways in advanced technology fields.
• Conduct or coordinate pre-placement talks, mock interviews, and skill-building workshops.
• Mentor students to improve employability skills and industry alignment.

4. Data & Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on placement progress, drive outcomes, and recruitment analytics.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and ensure transparency in the placement process.
• Collect feedback from students and employers for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related specialization).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in placement coordination, training & development, HR, or academic support roles.
• Good understanding of technology career paths and industry requirements in advanced engineering domains.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic data management tools.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or placement management software.
• Experience engaging with tech companies or startups.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML tools, cybersecurity frameworks, or coding concepts (added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
