Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Placement Executive located in Hyderabad. The Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating job placements, building and maintaining relationships with employers, providing customer service, and conducting training sessions. The Placement Executive will also be responsible for assisting job seekers, facilitating interview processes, and following up with both employers and candidates to ensure successful job placements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Job Placements and Training
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
