Placement Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Visit the Industries and meet the prospective parties to foster placement drives for the Campus.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers and Industry Partners
• Organize and participate in recruitment drives and Job fairs.
• Provide support and guidance to the students in resume writing, Interview preparation, and Job search strategies.
• Coordinate placements concerning workshop and training sessions for students
• Monitor and report on the placements statistics and trends to enhance program effectiveness
• Assist students in the Application process for Internships and job Placements.
• Maintain accurate records of students' placements and employers' feedback

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Management, Education, or related fields
• Previous Experience in Placement Services, Career Counselling, or driving recruitment cycles in the education Industry.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential Employers and students.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with Industry stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Job market trends and employment practices relevant to various streams.
• Zeal to Excel, strong Organizing skills, adroit in coordinating and effecting multiple tasks within the deadline assigned.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and career service Management software
