Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate student placements and internship activities.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring companies.
Organize campus drives, interviews, and job fairs.
Guide and prepare students for interviews and resume writing.
Maintain and update student placement data and reports.
Achieve monthly and yearly placement targets.
Coordinate with academic and training teams for student employability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in placements or recruitment.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Target-oriented and organized.
Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
