Placement cum PR Manager

Public Relations:

• Developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the organization's image and reputation.
• Managing media relations, including press releases, media kits, and responding to media inquiries.
• Organizing and coordinating PR events like press conferences and media briefings.
• Monitoring media coverage and analyzing its impact on the organisation.
• Collaborating with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Managing crisis communication and providing support during reputational issues.

Placement/Recruitment:

• Developing and implementing strategies for talent acquisition and placement.
• Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the placement process.
• Working with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and facilitate successful placements.

General:

• Developing and managing budgets for PR and placement activities.
• Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of PR and placement initiatives.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in both PR and recruitment.
• Collaborating with other departments to support overall organizational goals.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute PR strategies.
• Experience in media relations and event management.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
