Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Placement & Corporate Relations Executive based on-site in Kolkata. The executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, identifying and securing job placements and internships for students, and organizing recruitment activities and career fairs. The role also includes counseling students on career opportunities, assisting with resume preparation and interview skills, and tracking placement statistics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain corporate relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• 1 year experience in HR , Training & Development or Placement department
• Familiarity with the design and media industries
• Strong networking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and career management software
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or HR
• Experience in placement and corporate relations roles is preferred
