School of Design and Media (SDM) offers Diploma and Degree courses in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Animation, Fashion, and Digital Engineering. Our institution is dedicated to cultivating creative talents and providing students with industry-relevant education. At SDM, we strive to create an innovative learning environment that empowers students to achieve their academic and professional goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durgapur for a Telecaller – Outreach & Admissions. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, informing them about the various diploma and degree courses offered by SDM, and guiding them through the admission process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, answering queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospective students. The Telecaller will also participate in promotional events and provide support for admission-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential students
  • Knowledge of the education industry and admission processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred with at least 1 year of experience in the same field
