Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Specialist located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships, fostering relationships with various communities, and promoting SDM's programs and initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting community outreach, managing communications, engaging with potential students and stakeholders, providing customer service, and researching effective outreach strategies. Collaboration with internal teams to develop promotional materials and organize events will also be a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Community Outreach and relationship-building
• Ability to perform thorough Research to identify and engage with diverse communities
• Interpersonal skills to build lasting connections
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in educational or creative industries is a plus
