Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Placement Coordinator, located on-site in Pune. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with candidates and employers to facilitate successful job placements. The day-to-day tasks include sourcing and recruiting candidates, conducting orientation sessions, providing career advice, and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners. Additionally, the coordinator will manage placement records, track the progress of candidates, and ensure that both candidate and employer requirements are met.

• Customer Service skills and Experience in Education or Career Guidance
• Experience in Recruiting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with the IT industry and job market trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
