Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Noida. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with employers to secure job opportunities for students. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating placement activities, organizing career fairs, conducting workshops, and providing career counseling and guidance to students. The role also involves tracking employment trends and collaborating with instructors to align course content with market demands.

• Experience in coordinating placement activities and establishing relationships with employers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct career counseling and guidance sessions
• Knowledge of employment trends and job market dynamics
• Proficiency in organizing career fairs and workshops
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
