🚀 We’re Hiring: Placement Coordinator -

📍 Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi

🕒 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days Working (Saturday WFH)

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 CTC: Up to 3.2 LPA + Incentives (upto ₹5,000 based on performance)

About the Role

Placement Coordinator -

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and understands the dynamic landscape of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate end-to-end placement processes for digital marketing roles (internships & full-time).

✅ Build & maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and industry professionals.

✅ Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.

✅ Organize campus drives, webinars, and workshops focused on digital marketing opportunities.

✅ Maintain & update databases of student profiles, placement records, and recruiter details.

✅ Collaborate with training teams to align student skills with job market requirements.

✅ Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

✅ Communicate job openings and manage interview schedules with recruiters & candidates.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

📌 Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination/recruitment (preferably digital marketing).

📌 Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Analytics.

📌 Excellent communication skills.

📌 Proficiency in MS Office & placement/CRM tools.
