Job Title: Placement Coordinator – Digital Marketing
Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi | Full-Time | 6 Days (Saturday WFH)
CTC: Up to 3LPA + Incentives (upto ₹5,000 based on performance)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to help our digital marketing students (both online and offline batches) secure internships and full-time roles with companies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry. You will play a key role in bridging our students with the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end placement processes for digital marketing internships and full-time roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
• Organize placement drives, webinars, and workshops connecting students with companies.
• Maintain accurate databases of student profiles, placement records, and recruiter details.
• Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with training teams to ensure students’ skills match industry requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination or recruitment (preferably in digital marketing).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
• Excellent communication
