Placement analyst

Key Responsibilities: 1. Employer Research: Identify and track potential employers across different industries. Analyze company hiring trends, growth patterns, and employee reviews. 2. Job Openings Monitoring: Research and maintain a database of current and upcoming job openings. Scrape job boards, LinkedIn, company websites, and recruitment platforms. 3. LinkedIn Engagement & Networking: Maintain an active LinkedIn presence to connect with HR professionals. Research and join relevant LinkedIn groups and forums. Monitor competitor hiring trendsthrough LinkedIn insights. 4. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of job openings and employer research. Create reports on industry hiring trends and opportunities. 5. University / Student coordination: Interact with students who have applied for jobs – provide orientation, follow up for interview scheduling, CVs for job applications 6. Employer coordination: Interact with employers and collect student feedback post interviews. Skills Required: Strong LinkedIn research and networking skills Excellent data organization and analysis skills Good understanding of job boards and hiring trends Strong communication and outreach abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
