Job Description

Design & Development

System Design:
Create detailed 2D and 3D models of piping systems using specialized software.

P&IDDevelopment:
Create piping and instrumentation diagrams to outline system layouts and functionality.

Stress Analysis:
Conduct stress and fluid flow analyses to ensure structural integrity and efficient operation.

Material Selection:
Choose appropriate materials, valves, and fittings based on fluid properties, pressure, and temperature.

Support Structures:
Design support structures for piping systems to maintain stability and integrity.

Analysis & Compliance

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all designs and installations meet applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations.

Performance Optimization:
Conduct evaluations to optimize fluid flow and overall system efficiency.

Feasibility Studies:
Perform feasibility studies to assess technical specifications and project viability.

Project Management & Construction Oversight

Project Planning:
Develop project scope, schedules, and resource plans for piping systems.

Material Take-Off:
Create bills of materials and procure necessary components and equipment.

Construction Drawings:
Prepare detailed construction and fabrication drawings for contractors.

Installation Oversight:
Oversee the installation of piping systems to ensure it aligns with the design and project specifications.

Inspection & Testing:
Implement quality control procedures, perform inspections, and conduct testing to verify system performance.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

Multidisciplinary Coordination:
