Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist at The Wellness Co.'s Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai location. The Physiotherapist will evaluate and diagnose clients, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve physical mobility and overall wellness. Responsibilities include guiding clients through physiotherapy exercises, monitoring progress, and educating them on preventive care and injury management. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

Expertise in Physiotherapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation practices
Ability to assess physical conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and injury prevention strategies
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from an accredited institution
Relevant licensure or certification in physiotherapy
Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is advantageous
