Position Overview

Physics Teacher

Senior Secondary Section (Grades 11 and 12 – ISC)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics to Grades 11 and 12 students as per ISC curriculum
• Plan and deliver concept-based, exam-oriented lessons
• Conduct theory classes and supervise laboratory practicals
• Prepare students for ISC board examinations and internal assessments
• Design question papers, worksheets, assignments, and revision modules
• Evaluate answer sheets and maintain accurate academic records
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and academic mentoring
• Integrate experiments, demonstrations, and digital tools into teaching
• Maintain classroom discipline and a focused learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress
• Participate in academic planning, meetings, and school activities
  

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics mandatory)
• B.Ed mandatory
• Minimum 4–6 years of teaching experience (ISC experience preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of ISC syllabus, exam pattern, and practicals
• Strong communication skills in English
