Position: Physics Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to students preparing for school (Classes XI–XII) and competitive exams (IIT-JEE / NEET / NDA / CUET – as applicable).
• Plan and deliver concept-based and exam-oriented lectures.
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and practice questions.
• Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
• Maintain discipline and a productive classroom environment.
• Coordinate with academic and counseling teams regarding student progress.
• Support demo classes, seminars, and promotional academic activities when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Physics (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech preferred).
• B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory for coaching institute).
• Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Fresher or 1–2+ years of teaching experience in coaching institutes/schools.
• Experience in competitive exam preparation will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Student-centric and result-oriented teaching approach.
