Role Description

The Physician AR role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohpa. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes for physician practices, maintaining detailed billing records, addressing claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursements. They will work closely with healthcare professionals and payers to resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance the efficiency of revenue collection workflows. Ensuring accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders will be a significant part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable management, billing practices, and insurance claims processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and resolving claim disputes and discrepancies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and medical billing processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with revenue cycle management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or accounts receivable role will be highly valued.
