Role Overview

Physical Asset Verification Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Verification:

  Conduct thorough checks to confirm the

  existence, condition, and location

  of all physical assets (taggable and non-taggable).

• Labeling & Tagging:

  Identify assets with missing, damaged, or incorrect labels/RFID tags, coordinate replacements, and apply new labels/tags as per company guidelines.

• Handle Untaggable Assets:

  Coordinate with users or SPOCs to validate untaggable assets and maintain documentation.

• Data Updates:

  Rectify

  mismatches in asset data

  within the asset management system (SAP/ASSENT) with approvals from the project team.

• Discrepancy Reporting:

  Document discrepancies between

  physical assets and asset records

  and update the register accordingly.

• Data Collection & Reporting:

• Collect detailed asset data (asset ID, location, status, discrepancies).
  
• Submit

  daily and weekly progress reports

• Prepare a

  final summary report

  including findings, discrepancies, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 1 -

  3 years experience

  in physical asset verification or related fields.
• Proficiency in

  asset management software

  (SAP, ASSENT, or similar).
• Experience with

  handheld readers and RFID technology

  .
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  .
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Effective

  written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
