Plugin Development & Customization

Experience with popular plugins:
Membership & Subscriptions: MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, WooCommerce Subscriptions.
Learning/Exam Management: LearnDash, Tutor LMS, or custom quiz plugins.
Certificate Generation: Certificate Builder plugins (e.g., LearnDash Certificates, WP Certificate).
QR Code Integration: QR code generator plugins or custom PHP integration.
Understanding of shortcodes, hooks, and filters to extend plugin functionalities.

Database & Backend Handling

Experience with WordPress database (MySQL) for managing profiles, credits, and certifications.
Familiarity with custom tables in WordPress for exam results, credit tracking, and logs.
Ability to implement secure APIs (REST API/GraphQL) for profile sharing and certificate verification.

Security & Performance

Knowledge of WordPress security best practices (SSL, JWT or OAuth authentication, 2FA).
Role-based access for Admin, Examiner, Candidate.
Experience with backup & audit logging plugins (e.g., WP Activity Log).
Familiarity with performance optimization (caching, load handling).

Other Essential Skills

Payment Gateway Integration (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal with WooCommerce).
Profile Management (like Naukri.com) – via custom fields (ACF – Advanced Custom Fields) or BuddyPress/Ultimate Member plugin.
Temporary Profile Sharing (via expiring links plugins or custom development).
