Job Summery

The System Coordinator plays a vital role in providing end-to-end IT system support for our client

consulting programs. You will work closely with the 4S Systems Team and Developers to facilitate client

onboarding, maintain records on the 4SafeComTM system, and ensure smooth implementation.

Additionally, you’ll analyze system data, assist in preparing project schedules, and support issue

resolution and corrective action recommendations based on OH&S insights.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and upload client data into the 4SafeCom system.

• Customize forms, reports, and documents specific to project deliverables on the system under

the guidance of the Project Manager.

• Work with clients to receive and update client data and documents on the 4SafeCom system.

• Conduct training sessions for the client’s team on the usage of the 4SafeCom system.

• Modify forms, documents, and templates to align with client requirements.

• Analyze client OH&S related data and provide variance reports and corrective actions in

consultation with the project manager.

• Develop variance reports for clients and management.

• Support the implementation of operating plans and escalation procedures.

• Attend periodic meetings with clients and provide follow-up notes.

• Collaborate internally within the business to leverage implementation capabilities.

• Assist in developing new product and service offerings to clients.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in the IT/consulting industry with demonstrated knowledge of HTML,

CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Database Management Systems and PHP.

• Bachelor’s Degree/College Diploma in Computer Science, Programming, or IT.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with different levels of management.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent customer-facing skills.

• Project management skills.

• Proficiency in office software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React)

• Working knowledge of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git

• Understanding of RESTful API integration

• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
